Middle School Leadership Camp
Check back next Summer for another great year of camp!
Registration launches in APRIL
How is this camp different from the Pay It Forward Tour?
The Pay It Forward Tour is an amazing experience that focuses heavily on community service, travel and building relationships. Middle School Leadership Camp, however, strives to dive deeper into teamwork, positive relationships, self reflection and what it means to be a young leader.
What Kinds of Activities Do Students Do?
Students participate in games and activities that promote team building, leadership training, self-reflection and commitment to social action. Each day is specifically structured around a different theme of leadership including Teamwork, Communication and Action. All of the activities are centered around the day's theme.
What Are The Accomodations Like?
STLF will be at a new retreat center this year, located on beautiful Sand Hill Lake in Fosston, MN. There is transportation available to and from camp from the Twin Cities and Fargo/Moorhead. Students stay in modern, lakefront cabins with bunk beds and bathrooms either in or adjacent to the building. The Sand Hill staff prepares 3 fresh meals per day and can accomodate any dietary restriction.
What is Included in the Price of Camp?
All housing, meals, a t-shirt, leadership programming and fun extra's (watersports, campfires, etc) are included in the price of camp. There is a limited amount of financial aid available to those who qualify by e-mailing firstname.lastname@example.org
