Scholarships
Don't let the term "scholarship" scare you away! Most of these scholarships require little to no application in order to receive the financial discount!
Purpose
The main purpose of Gap Camp is to prepare you for what is
next. Whether it is college, a year of
service/travel, joining the armed forces or directly entering the workforce, it
is STLF's goal to produce strong, confident, capable and civic-minded young
leaders into the world.
Secondly, STLF hopes that you will stay engaged with our
organization by leading our tours and camps and starting new college
chapters.
Pricing Structure
$350: The main price for both High
School and Gap Camp will be $350 which includes all housing, meals, a t-shirt
and leadership programming
$225: STLF believes in service. We want to know what service to others means to you and how you will continue to pay it forward in the future. Successful, thoughtful and genuine completion of this application will likely result in a $125-off scholarship to attend STLF's 4th Annual Gap Camp
Please fill out the application and submit it via e-mail attachment to camp@stlf.net no later than May 1st, 2012 with the subject heading "Your Name Gap Camp Scholarship"
Group Discounts:
$200: If a group of 4 or more students experiences Gap Camp in 2012 and are bound for the same existing STLF Chapter, they will receive an additional discount of $25
$125: If a group of 4 or more students experiences Gap Camp in 2012 and are bound for the same University (where an STLF chapter does not currently exist), they will receive an additional discount of $100
Summary
Regular Price: $350
Gap Camp Scholarship Price: $225
Existing Chapter Discount with Gap Camp Scholarship Price: $200
New Chapter Discount with Gap Camp Scholarship Price: $125
Students submitting scholarships should first register with the $50 down payment in order to reserve their spot. Upon successful completion of their scholarship application, you will receive a discount code or STLF will manually adjust your amount due in order to reflect your true price.
