Overview

STLF operates in a shared leadership structure called the Core Model, which requires compromise, trust, and equal voice.  This leadership style utilizes a roundtable approach toward discussion and decision making.  STLF is moving towards a Core Model in all areas of work. Currently, we are making this shift with our programs.  The Program Core will be responsible for the management, execution, and growth of all STLF's programs. Aligned with this collaborative leadership approach, there are shared responsibilities integrated with your Core or with other office staff.  The Core Model is designed to be highly supportive, collaborative, and challenging.
