The St. Scholastica Chapter of STLF was founded in the spring of 2008, and we are finishing up a great first year of STLF at CSS. We have had many memories in the past year including the one-day service trip to the Twin Cities last spring, the mini-Tour last fall, and the Pay It Forward Tour over spring break. In addition, various local events and gatherings of friends have been our way to continue the impact and carry on the service to our own community. Thanks to all who made this a great first year for STLF, and to all who will continue the traditions on campus in the future.
The College of Saint Scholastica STLF Chapter meets every Thursday in Tower 87 (right next to Storm's Den) at 9:00pm.
The first CSS Pay It Forward Tour is in the books! It was a cross country trip with service projects in 6 cities, ending with two days in San Antonio, TX. A bus of nearly 40 students from CSS joined other college students from Bemidji State and Illinois State University in San Antonio for service, celebration, and fun. Thanks to all from CSS who made this a trip of a lifetime and was the beginning of a lasting tradition for the school.
The next Pay It Forward Tour will be taking place next year over spring break, and more information about the Tour will be coming in the fall.
